Requirements
Must have:
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, supervising or guiding development teams.
• Experience working as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams.
Nice to have:
• Additional experience leading technical teams beyond core responsibilities.
• Advanced or in‑depth backend experience beyond core tools.
• Knowledge or skills related to technical support, system optimization, or continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary Delivery Lead for the vendor team.
• Oversee and supervise the work of the development team.
• Lead and facilitate team meetings.
• Provide technical direction for software development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements for new software, platforms, and applications.
• Develop, maintain, implement, and enhance software solutions.
• Recommend, schedule, and execute software improvements and upgrades.
• Generate software and product effort estimations.
• Ensure compliance with quality and security standards and guidelines.
• Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Provide hands‑on support for backend tools when required.
