Lead AI Developer with hands-on expertise in implementing AI workflows using AWS Bedrock. The role requires deep technical proficiency in building AI-driven solutions with data ingestion pipelines, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in coding agentic workflows, implementing MCP, and integrating HIL and validation mechanisms into deployed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AI workflows leveraging AWS Bedrock services.
Implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines for model readiness.
Build RAG-based applications integrating embeddings and vector databases.
Implement agentic workflows and reasoning strategies for task automation.
Integrate MCP (Model Context Protocols) into workflow design.
Develop and test Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) workflows and validation strategies.
Write clean, optimized, and reusable code for scalable AI services.
Collaborate with architects and product managers to ensure alignment of solutions.
Debug, optimize, and improve model performance across deployments.
Required Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and AI service integrations.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers.
Practical experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
Implementation experience with agentic workflows and multi-step reasoning.
Understanding of Model Context Protocols (MCP) for context sharing.
Knowledge of Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation and model governance.
Experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, and microservices.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployments (AWS).
Strong debugging, testing, and optimization skills.
Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
