Job Description Your MissionAs part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an accounting and financial reporting professional to join the Finance team. You will be fully integrated into the department to ensure the production of reliable and high‑quality financial information each month.Business‑oriented, you take a step back from your accounting work to facilitate the analysis of the Group’s financial performance and that of its subsidiaries.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting & Subsidiary BookkeepingEnsure full bookkeeping for one or several Group subsidiariesPerform monthly closings: cut-offs, provisions, fixed assets, etc.Review VAT declarationsPrepare payment requests and record banking operationsVerify cash flows and prepare bank reconciliationsMonitor and record intercompany rechargesReconcile account balances and produce annual closing filesAct as a key contact for auditors and external partners within your scope (statutory auditors, chartered accountants)Accounts Payable – OverheadsSupervise and review the entry of overhead invoices through the Yooz digitalization toolPerform a critical review of supplier balancesEnsure compliance with internal procedures and monthly closing deadlinesReporting & Performance ManagementEnsure the quality, reliability, and consistency of financial information within your scopeProduce and validate the monthly reporting of operational costsAnalyze variances (budget vs. actual vs. prior year vs. contract) and explain key fluctuationsAct as a business partner to operational teams for expense monitoringQualifications What We’re Looking For  Higher education in accounting/finance (Bac+2 to Bac+5)Confirmed experience (minimum 3–5 years) in general accounting, ideally within a group environmentStrong IT skills: ERP, Excel, digitalization tools (Yooz is a plus)Rigor, reliability, and attention to detailStrong organizational skills and respect for deadlinesAnalytical and synthesizing abilities Please note that English is not a requirement for this position.Additional InformationAdditional Information⚡ Our Recruitment Process We believe in a fast, transparent, and human recruitment process. Here’s what you can expect: Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (30–45 min): Get to know each other!
