Servicenow Architect
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience with TSOM (Telecom Service & Operations Management) and ITSM modules, including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and SecOps.</li><li>Strong background in implementing ServiceNow solutions, including the design and development of ServiceNow modules.</li><li>Experience with designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery.</li><li>Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers.</li><li>Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting involving JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.</li><li>Strong technical architecture skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, ensuring they meet the needs of our enterprise.</li><li>Serve as the technical authority on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.</li><li>Define and drive the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.</li><li>Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform while integrating with other enterprise systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a 6-month contract based in Newbury/Reading, with a hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days per week from home and 2-3 days in the office). This role offers a competitive day rate of £500-£550 (Outside IR35) and is ideal for someone ready to start as soon as possible, ideally in October/November 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global IT consultancy on a ServiceNow project for an external client.</p>
