IT Manager
<p><b>Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a proven IT Manager or someone in a relevant IT role with experience managing and supporting ERP Systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. Expertise in data center management and data governance is essential, along with hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation. Desirable attributes include experience in people management, personal development, goal setting, and performance management, as well as project management experience. In-depth knowledge of key software environments and strong experience managing hardware and distributed/mobile devices are also important. Additionally, we value expertise in IT strategy development and a solid commercial understanding of business processes.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As our IT Manager, I will rely on you to manage all information technology and computer systems, ensuring they operate efficiently. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating IT and electronic data operations. Your leadership will be crucial as you recruit, train, coach, and manage our IT staff, set job expectations, and evaluate their performance. You will design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures while ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems. Aligning with user needs and system functionality to support our organisational goals is key. I need you to audit systems, assess outcomes, preserve assets, and ensure information security and control structures are maintained. You will also handle the annual IT budget to ensure cost efficiency and coordinate with corporate IT regarding any significant changes to infrastructure or policies.</li></ul>
