Software Project Lead
<p><b>Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>As part of our team, we are looking for someone with a strong grasp of real-time embedded software technologies such as SysML/UML, C, C++, or Ada. You should have proven experience in high-stakes, accuracy-driven environments and a solid understanding of key standards including DefStan 00-55 and DO178B/C.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, you will be the driving force of collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to push technical boundaries and achieve excellence throughout every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will need to ensure clear and impactful communication with stakeholders at all levels and across various locations, guaranteeing alignment and transparency as we progress.</li></ul>
