Infrastructure Engineer

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in a senior technical support role, demonstrating advanced skills in network troubleshooting and maintenance. You should be proficient in managing Windows servers and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V. A solid understanding and practical experience with Windows-based operating systems are essential. Experience with Office 365 administration and familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy configurations are necessary. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Intune and mobile device management solutions, as well as knowledgeable about backup solutions, including Veeam or similar products. Relevant Microsoft certifications are required. Strong documentation skills and excellent communication abilities are also important.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As part of our team, your main responsibilities will include providing advanced Level 3 technical support to resolve complex networking and infrastructure issues. You will manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers and virtualization environments, ensuring high availability and performance. You will also administer and support Office 365, including user management, permissions, and security configurations. Maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy settings will be crucial for ensuring smooth and secure network operations. Overseeing mobile device management through Microsoft Intune to ensure device compliance and security is another key duty. You will implement and monitor backup solutions, perform regular backups, restores, and test disaster recovery processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be necessary to deliver IT services aligned with business needs, and you will document processes and solutions effectively. Additionally, you will assist with network infrastructure management, including configuring and troubleshooting switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless access points.</li></ul>
