IT Support Specialist
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT support role. You should have proven experience in 2nd-level support for business applications and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with business units to enhance IT solutions and processes. Additionally, you should have knowledge of hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as experience with telephony system administration, such as Avaya. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bonus.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, I will provide both global and local IT support, focusing on hardware and software. I will collaborate with various business units to enhance IT-enabled business processes and will be responsible for maintaining and updating service documentation to support the deployment of new or modified services. I will also provide 2nd-level support for assigned applications and work closely with global teams to ensure that IT services align with business needs. Additionally, I will provide hardware support, which includes desktops, printers, telephony systems, and production equipment.</li></ul>
