Quantitative Developer

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>I require 3 years of experience developing front-office trading system components.</li><li>You must have expertise in Rust and proficiency in at least one other programming language (e.g., Python, Java, SQL).</li><li>Solid experience with crypto products, including Options.</li><li>I expect a strong understanding of system design principles, latency optimisation, and low-latency systems.</li><li>A robust mathematical background along with experience in FX, Crypto, or Equity products is essential.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As a Quantitative Developer, you will enhance our exchange trading capabilities to maintain and grow our market share.</li><li>You will develop and optimise trading strategies and systems across crypto products (Spot, CFDs, Futures, Perps, and Options).</li><li>I need you to build and optimise end-to-end trading stacks, including exchange pricing, risk management, and monitoring.</li><li>You will also automate processes and workflows to streamline our operations.</li></ul>
