Senior Product Manager

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Assist the Principal Product Manager in managing the Customer Product Pillar, shaping strategy, maintaining momentum, and achieving goals.</li><li>Collaborate with your team to deliver and execute product features, defining requirements in a high-velocity culture.</li><li>Work with data analysts to assess the impact of changes on customer and business outcomes, sharing insights back with the team.</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to define the product vision and strategy.</li><li>Ensure product OKRs (L1) are met and contribute to the broader product strategy and company-level OKRs (L0).</li><li>Liaise with senior stakeholders in Design and Technology to promote consistency and adherence to product principles.</li><li>Aggregate individual product metrics and OKRs (L2) to represent value stream progress against goals and strategic vision.</li><li>Support product teams with launch strategy, marketing, budgeting, and resource allocation as needed.</li><li>Train, upskill, and oversee the development plans of Product Managers.</li><li>Provide deep expertise and understanding of the product ecosystem, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.</li><li>Focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.</li><li>Facilitate continuous discovery and delivery, ensuring new ideas are challenged, tested, and validated.</li><li>Manage reporting and expectations across the business to maintain alignment with product direction and progress.</li><li>Responsible for managing budget, risk assessment, marketing, product launches, and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle.</li></ul>
