Technical Support Specialist
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>I am looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Technical Account Management, or Escalation roles (not internal IT). You should possess strong technical skills in MySQL, Linux, networking, and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, and containerization is essential. Experience using OpenSearch, Grafana, or similar tools for troubleshooting, along with a background in cybersecurity (especially cloud security), would be a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are required. A degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, you will provide timely and accurate support through Slack, chat, and email. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating them to R&D/Product when necessary. Building trust with our customers will be crucial, as you will educate them on features and provide clear solutions. Additionally, you will document fixes and maintain our support knowledge base while continuously growing your technical expertise in cloud, security, and support best practices.</li></ul>
