IT Helpdesk Officer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line IT support through various channels including face-to-face, phone, email, text, chat, and video.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated enthusiasm for duties.</li><li>Ability to manage issues and questions through a ticketing portal, updating clients promptly and following tickets through to resolution.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting hardware including cloud servers, desktops, laptops, and network equipment.</li><li>High level of personal organization with the ability to plan and prioritize work.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Ensure every colleague has the necessary tools, systems, and support to deliver impactful work.</li><li>Maintain a smooth and stable IT service across all locations and collaborate closely with third-party providers.</li><li>Resolve technical issues for frontline workers, manage system access, and ensure high security standards.</li><li>Travel across London to set up IT equipment in new locations.</li><li>Engage in project delivery and system implementations, including launching contracts for internet and telephone services and integrating innovative solutions.</li><li>Utilize knowledge of Office 365 security, cloud management, and IT support best practices to enhance our operations.</li></ul>
