IT Support Analyst

<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Solid background in supporting Microsoft technologies</li><li>Strong proficiency in Windows environments</li><li>Experience with Office 365</li><li>Familiarity with Azure Entra ID / Active Directory</li><li>Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Intune</li></ul>

<ul><li>Deliver hands-on technical support across our Edinburgh offices</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems and Office 365</li><li>Manage and support Mobile Device Management solutions</li></ul>
