Horeb through prayer, attendance, participation and tithing principle</p><p>· Commitment to worship on a regular basis</p><p>· View your position as a ministry to the church by serving others</p><p> </p><p><strong>MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>· Create designs for websites, social media, brochures, flyers, signage and other marketing materials</p><p>· Meet with various departments to understand project requirements and objectives</p><p>· Produce illustrations, logos, layouts and photos that align with brand guidelines</p><p>· Collaborate with ministry teams to deliver cohesive visual campaigns</p><p>· Maintain technical knowledge by learning new design software and attending workshops</p><p>· Revise and edit designs based on ministry feedback to ensure quality and consistency</p><p>· Required working presence at Christmas Eve, VBS, Easter and other large church events as assigned</p><p>· Other duties as assigned</p><p> </p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). WordPress and Pro Presenter</p><p>· Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 systems (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)</p><p>· Knowledge of typography, color theory and lay out principles</p><p>· Experience in video editing, animation, or web design</p><p>· Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle changing priorities.</p><p>· Proven time management skills</p><p>· Striving for excellence in ministry</p><p>· Organizational and administration skills necessary</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field</p><p>· A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and past projects</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>WORK DETAILS</strong></p><p><strong>Reports directly to Communications Director</strong></p><p><strong>Send cover letter and resume to </strong><a href="mailto:chrisc@mthorebchurch.org" rel="nofollow noreferrer"><strong>chrisc@mthorebchurch.org</strong></a> </p>
