<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>You’ll own the financial backbone of a fast-scaling, ops-heavy company. Every month you close, every report you produce, and every process you build will directly support our 3x revenue trajectory. Full ownership from day one.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Accounting & Process Build-Out:</strong> Take ownership of our bookkeeping and accounting infrastructure - build it right, then make it faster.</li>
<li><strong>Financial Reporting:</strong> Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for the parent entity and subsidiaries, including consolidation support.</li>
<li><strong>Cash & Liquidity:</strong> Monitor cashflow daily and feed into liquidity planning to keep the machine running.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with internal teams and external partners (tax advisors, auditors, banks) to keep everything tight.</li>
<li><strong>Digitisation:</strong> Lead the charge on automating and improving financial controls and workflows.</li>
</ul>
<p>No two months will look the same. One week you’re closing the books, the next you’re stress-testing our runway assumptions or structuring a new subsidiary. You’ll operate with direct access to decisions - no waiting for approvals.</p>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance - you’ve closed books and built reports, not just watched others do it.</li>
<li>Solid grasp of accounting principles (HGB/IFRS) and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Experience in a fast-paced environment - start-up, VC, PE, or consulting background is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Sharp analytical mind and obsessive attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.</li>
<li>Fully fluent in <strong>German is a must (C2)</strong>; strong English for cross-functional work.</li>
