Pay Range: $34.89 - $50.63 per hour

Summary
The MDM Developer is responsible for, but not limited to, developing, and managing master data solutions using Informatica MDM to ensure data quality and integrity across the organization in supporting data governance initiatives.
The MDM Developer will work closely with various teams to design, implement, and maintain data models, workflows, and integrations, ensuring data management processes align with business needs. This role involves the deployment of MDM solutions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing data management processes, involving patient and student data and more, performing MDM tenant configuration, building match and survivorship rules, defining hierarchy and relationships within Informatica, and understanding of and configuring the Reference Data Model.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years hands on data modeling, data integration, and data quality management experience.
• Perform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing processes.
• Experience with developing and executing test plans for MDM solutions.
• Experience in Informatica IDMC with iPaaS, Customer 360 SaaS MDM, CLAIRE using Copilot, and CDGC or similar tools.
• Experience designing and implementing data management solutions in Informatica on Azure Data Fabric platforms.
• Familiarity with Informatica's implementation of the EDM Council's CDMC framework.
• Working knowledge in Python, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently or in groups.
• Ability to prioritize time.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Job Qualifications
Experience, education, licensure(s), specialized certification(s). Certifications in Informatica IDMC, CDGC, ICP.
