Requirements
Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Agribusiness, or related field
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience managing grant portfolios
Experience with grant management and blended finance mechanisms
Knowledge of agricultural development and financial innovation
Ability to conduct gender-responsive financial assessments
