<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for an expert ServiceNow Solution Architect with in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. You need to be a subject matter expert and demonstrate expert proficiency in ServiceNow.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Core responsibilities include:</li><li>Providing oversight of Technical Governance across the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>Enforcing coding standards across existing teams and external resources.</li><li>Documenting and providing solutions for High-Level Design artifacts.</li><li>Acting as an escalation point for issues and development blockers.</li><li>Proactively identifying and logging improvement opportunities for the business.</li><li>Contributing to platform health management.</li><li>Supporting technical triage of major issues when required.</li></ul>
