<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Deep technical expertise and strong leadership capability</li><li>Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and on-premises Active Directory, including Entra ID, Single Sign-On, and Identity Governance & Access Management</li><li>Strong SharePoint expertise (Online and On-Premises), including complex migration projects</li><li>Experience designing and delivering complex, multi-technology solutions</li><li>A graduate-level background or equivalent experience within a large organization or the IT industry</li><li>Relevant technical certifications or accreditations</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior internal and external audiences</li><li>Ability to lead and coordinate large, virtual technical teams, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Clear understanding of how technology solutions drive real business value</li></ul>

<ul><li>Play a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering innovative solutions for our customers</li><li>Lead customer engagements by analysing requirements, gathering insights, and recommending effective, scalable solutions</li><li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert during presales activities, supporting opportunity qualification and solution design</li><li>Design and deliver complex Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) solutions, including migrations of sites, content, workflows, and forms</li><li>Present confidently to customers, validating requirements and supporting knowledge transfer</li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants within project teams</li><li>Collaborate on larger programmes to ensure smooth handover to support teams</li><li>Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across Computacenter</li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends, and Microsoft strategies</li></ul>
