User Researcher

<ul><li>Active Security Clearance</li><li>Strong experience as a User Researcher within government or large-scale digital environments</li><li>Proven ability to plan and run user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods</li><li>Experience working with the GDS framework, including the Service Standard and Design System</li><li>Ability to communicate research findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders</li><li>Understanding of accessibility, inclusive research, and ethical research practices</li></ul>
