<ul><li>Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central and Time Management</li><li>Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-quality solution designs</li><li>Provide oversight across multiple SuccessFactors modules and delivery streams</li><li>Ensure alignment between SuccessFactors workstreams, overall programme vision, and integrated systems</li><li>Advise senior stakeholders on best practices, roadmap-driven capabilities, and innovation</li><li>Contribute to pre-sales, solution shaping, and thought leadership</li><li>Mentor and develop junior consultants</li></ul>
