Workday Data Lead

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Extensive experience leading data workstreams on multiple Workday implementations</li><li>Strong technical background in data migration and technical data roles</li><li>Experience extracting and transforming HR and Payroll data from legacy systems</li><li>Expertise in data mapping for migration</li><li>Advanced SQL skills with experience in ETL processes</li><li>Excellent understanding of Workday data structures</li><li>Ability to work effectively with non-technical and senior stakeholders</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead data workstreams across the Workday implementation</li><li>Oversee data migration activities, ensuring ownership of tasks</li><li>Extract data from legacy systems and perform cleansing, transformation, mapping, and loading into Workday</li><li>Collaborate with various teams to facilitate data integrity and accuracy</li><li>Support stakeholders with data-related queries and issues</li></ul>
