Senior Product Manager

<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong experience in working capital finance / SME lending / commercial finance</li><li>A proven track record of delivering B2B financial services products to market</li><li>Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (across one or more regions)</li><li>Product management experience within fintechs, lenders, or financial services</li><li>Established networks across banks, funders, fintechs, or financial partners</li><li>Comfort operating in ambiguity – shaping both the role and the product landscape as you go</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Help create brand-new SME finance products from scratch</li><li>Shape ideas through funding, regulation and launch</li><li>Work hands-on with treasury teams to structure and secure lending facilities</li><li>Navigate multiple global regulatory environments</li><li>Shape how products are built, whether through in-house development or partnerships</li><li>Define the future product portfolio of the business</li></ul>
