Oracle Fusion Payroll
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>8–10 years experience with Oracle Fusion UK Payroll & Statutory Absence</li><li>Strong hands-on configuration and legislative expertise</li><li>Proven Fast Formula development experience</li><li>Experience delivering at least one UK local government council payroll implementation</li><li>Minimum 1–2 end-to-end UK Fusion Payroll & Absence projects</li><li>Deep understanding of Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS)</li><li>Knowledge of Statutory Absences</li><li>Familiarity with HMRC processing & RTI</li><li>Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to lead delivery, not just support it</li></ul>

<ul><li>Leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion UK Payroll & Statutory Absence implementations</li><li>Acting as the functional authority for Payroll, Absence, OTL & Compensation</li><li>Designing UK-compliant solutions covering LGPS, HMRC & RTI</li><li>Writing and optimising Payroll Fast Formula</li><li>Translating complex business requirements into clear functional and technical designs</li><li>Managing senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships</li><li>Supporting, mentoring and guiding project teams</li></ul>
