Senior DPS Project Lead
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience as a BIM Manager in a complex project environment</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri, ProjectWise, Synchro, and various model authoring software</li><li>Experience with site data capture systems and access control (Datascope) is advantageous</li><li>Extensive knowledge of managing task teams</li><li>Familiarity with MOD or secure environments, and understanding of SALs and NDAs</li><li>Experienced in implementing ISO19650 parts 1-5</li><li>Ability to promote digital construction technologies</li><li>Strong focus on safety and environmental standards</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead and manage the BIM team and coordinate model validation across project teams</li><li>Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Drive the BIM narrative in new directions to bring savings to the project</li><li>Work with the Project Information Manager to manage the project BIM brief, programme, and deliverables</li><li>Monitor completion of BIM Gateway forms throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Assist project teams in maximizing the use of design and authoring software</li><li>Manage and mitigate design risks through clash review tools</li><li>Identify and promote technologies that enhance business outcomes</li><li>Provide training in digital construction and information management practices</li><li>Support design teams in developing accurate 3D designs</li><li>Ensure compliance with project/client standards and contract requirements</li><li>Capture best practices and lessons learned within the organization</li></ul>
