1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience working in an IT helpdesk environment</li><li>Consulting on best practice for M365 deployment</li><li>Experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator</li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID and security solutions for entire 365 estates</li><li>Experience configuring and implementing Ubiquiti UniFi Wireless Network and CCTV Solutions along with scoping wireless networks</li><li>Able to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and managers and promote ideas and innovation</li><li>Methodical and adaptable approach to problem solving, with initiative and resourcefulness when faced with unusual conditions</li><li>Possess a business-like and professional telephone manner</li><li>Ability and aptitude to support the team wherever its needed</li><li>Experience creating and maintaining Cyber Essentials / Essentials Plus compliant infrastructure (beneficial)</li><li>File Server administration, including Active Directory user and groups, Exchange/M365, file shares and permissions (beneficial)</li><li>In-depth understanding and awareness of TCP/IP, DNS, routers, DHCP, and Watchguard Firewall Configuration (beneficial)</li></ul>
