Strategic Workforce Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, or workforce optimisation within a complex organisation.</li><li>Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn data into clear insight and decisions.</li><li>Skilled in data visualisation, creating compelling dashboards and narratives to support senior-level decision-making.</li><li>Experience developing workforce models, scenarios, and capacity plans.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.</li><li>(Desirable) Experience supporting organisations through setup, scale-up, or major transformation.</li><li>(Desirable) Understanding of public sector, infrastructure, energy, or large-scale delivery environments.</li><li>(Desirable) Experience using Power BI and data visualisation tools to create clear, compelling dashboards.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support development of the multiyear Strategic Workforce Plan and build scenario models to assess future capability, capacity, and skills needs.</li><li>Produce workforce analytics and dashboards, turning complex data into clear, actionable insight for senior leaders.</li><li>Analyse labour markets, sourcing options, and skills pipelines to inform location, recruitment, and workforce transition strategies.</li><li>Contribute to capacity and resource management processes, including demand, utilisation, and productivity analysis.</li><li>Track workforce KPIs, producing high-quality reporting and briefing materials for senior governance forums.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in workforce data quality, governance, and organisational performance.</li></ul>
