Senior Java Developer - FX Trading Platform

<p><b>Salary: £42,000 - 72,500 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>10 years of experience as a Java Developer within investment banking or financial markets</li><li>Hands-on experience delivering FX Cash and electronic trading solutions</li><li>Expertise in Core Java and backend/server-side development</li><li>Designing and building low-latency, multi-threaded systems</li><li>SQL development and data modelling</li><li>Agile methodologies and object-oriented design principles</li><li>Strong knowledge of FX cash products and end-to-end front-to-back trading processes</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design, develop, and enhance core components of the FX e-trading ecosystem</li><li>Work on real-time pricing and distribution engines</li><li>Implement auto-hedging and risk management functionality</li><li>Ensure integration with market connectivity and existing trading systems</li><li>Optimize front-to-back trading flow</li><li>Contribute to architectural decisions and performance optimization</li><li>Participate in continuous delivery initiatives to meet high-volume, low-latency trading demands</li></ul>
