Software Support Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide timely and effective technical support to the Production team</li><li>Gather and analyse feedback to identify potential issues and improvement opportunities</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve software issues</li><li>Develop and execute test cases to ensure software quality and reliability</li><li>Identify and report software defects and performance issues</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality and reduce defects</li><li>Participate in small-scale software development tasks, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and code maintenance</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code</li><li>Collaborate with other developers to ensure code quality and consistency</li><li>Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation, such as data sheets and user manuals</li><li>Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily understandable</li></ul>
