Product Owner
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in a digital product environment</li><li>Strong experience managing and prioritising product backlogs</li><li>Ability to write clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria</li><li>Experience working closely with engineering teams within Agile environments</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to balance commercial objectives, user needs and technical constraints</li><li>Experience with SaaS or subscription-based products (desirable)</li><li>Familiarity with web applications and APIs (desirable)</li><li>Experience using tools such as Jira, Linear or similar (desirable)</li><li>Understanding of UX principles and working with design teams (desirable)</li><li>Experience within a startup or scaling business (desirable)</li><li>Data-led mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions (desirable)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise business and customer value</li><li>Translate company objectives into structured product initiatives</li><li>Write high-quality user stories, clear acceptance criteria and supporting documentation</li><li>Work closely with engineers and QA to refine requirements and remove blockers</li><li>Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and review sessions</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback</li><li>Ensure user experience and customer outcomes remain central to decision-making</li><li>Track delivery progress and iterate based on feedback and data</li><li>Contribute to improving and scaling product processes as the business grows</li></ul>
