<ul><li>Substantial hands-on experience creating interactive digital content for corporate audiences using leading industry tools</li><li>Demonstrated experience building digital learning solutions with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Figma, Vyond, Centrical, and Synthesia</li><li>Proven ability to design engaging e-learning interventions incorporating interactivity and multimedia elements</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA</li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in e-learning technology, especially advancements in artificial intelligence for education</li><li>Experience working within agile development frameworks to deliver projects efficiently</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global teams</li><li>Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously</li><li>Commitment to continuous professional development in educational technology and instructional design</li><li>Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly both verbally and in writing</li></ul>
