IT Support Manager
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong IT proficiency</li><li>Previous experience in a helpdesk/service desk function</li><li>Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills</li><li>Ability to provide complex and/or novel technical solutions under pressure</li><li>Collaborative mindset for building positive relationships across the organisation</li><li>Advantageous to communicate in Welsh, although not required</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead and manage the IT Helpdesk Support Officers team</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service to end-users based on ITIL standards</li><li>Serve as a senior escalation point for complex/high-priority incidents</li><li>Monitor support trends and forecast demand proactively</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in the IT support function</li><li>Collaborate with third-party suppliers to enhance service delivery</li></ul>
