IT Support Analyst

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline — or equivalent commercial experience.</li><li>Experience providing 1st and 2nd Line IT support.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Power BI and SSMS / SQL.</li><li>Ability to analyse data and present clear, meaningful reports.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.</li><li>Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Experience supporting projects or working alongside project managers is desirable.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support for in-house software systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.</li><li>Produce internal and external data reporting and analytics using Power BI and SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio).</li><li>Support the Project Manager to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.</li><li>Liaise with project stakeholders and third-party suppliers to coordinate activities and resolve issues.</li><li>Provide or assist with training for project implementations and system rollouts.</li><li>Draft and maintain clear user guides, training materials, and documentation.</li></ul>
