Product Manager (Apps)
<p><b>Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Native app development in Kotlin Multi Platform</li><li>Experience aggressively growing an app user base</li><li>Experience understanding and driving app metrics</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder communication demonstrating the value of the App product teams and the way apps drive key business metrics</li><li>Experience working in a matrix model</li><li>Strong product leadership including experience with design thinking and data-led decision making</li><li>Line management of product squads</li><li>Be a product thought leader and help to embed a product culture in B&Q</li><li>Comfortable navigating and simplifying ambiguity</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own the product strategy in collaboration with team and stakeholders</li><li>Define the 2+ years out product vision and strategy for native Apps</li><li>Utilize hypothesis driven experimentation to drive value and learning</li><li>Champion the plan and bring stakeholders along with you</li><li>Develop clear measurable OKRs with business stakeholders</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and competitor moves</li><li>Bring customer first and speed to value thinking into roadmap prioritization</li><li>Drive product-led ways of working in teams and stakeholders</li><li>Stay close to customers using qualitative and quantitative tools</li><li>Understand and drive the flow of work through delivery teams</li><li>Proactively manage team resources, quality standards, and risks</li><li>Lead complex multi-team delivery with the support of the Programme Manager</li><li>Drive high performance and engagement of your team through regular check-ins</li><li>Support the development of team members through active coaching</li><li>Create an inclusive environment and engage the team through fair leadership</li><li>Coach team and others in product ways of working</li></ul>
