WebApps Technical Lead
<p><b>Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API</li><li>Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services</li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git</li><li>Strong database experience (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Entity Framework)</li><li>Experience leading Agile teams and ceremonies</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot complex cloud-based applications</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Leading the design and development of enterprise-level .NET applications on Azure</li><li>Architecting solutions using services such as Azure App Services, Functions, SQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus & Key Vault</li><li>Mentoring and supporting developers to drive high-quality engineering standards</li><li>Conducting code reviews and championing best practices</li><li>Optimising performance, scalability and reliability of cloud applications</li><li>Setting up and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Collaborating with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Supporting Agile delivery, including sprint ceremonies and backlog management</li></ul>

<p>We are looking for an experienced WebApps Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade .NET applications on Microsoft Azure. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys mentoring engineers, shaping cloud architecture, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in a collaborative environment. Located in London, we operate a flexible model with three days a week in the office, and offer competitive compensation around £90k.
