Network Technical Lead
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong background in networks and/or security, with hands-on design, build, and operational experience across at least one major technology stack.</li><li>Practical experience with automation tooling such as Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.</li><li>Proven capability leading ITIL change processes and Major Incident Management (MIM), with a disciplined post-incident review culture.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills across multiple layers: Network, Identity, Endpoint, Proxy, SIEM/SOAR.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own end-to-end design for non-functional requirements, integration contracts, resilience patterns, and rollback strategies.</li><li>Define and maintain clear, testable runbooks and operational procedures.</li><li>Design and execute change rehearsals, smoke tests, soak tests, and rollback plans.</li><li>Ensure all changes meet the highest standards of safety, repeatability, and automation.</li><li>Lead code reviews for infrastructure-as-code and automated runbook workflows.</li><li>Champion SRE best practices including error budgets, reliability metrics, and reduction of operational toil.</li><li>Perform defect analytics and drive focused remediation sprints.</li><li>Continuously enhance standard change models and expand automation coverage.</li></ul>
