Junior Technical Business Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Early in your Business Analyst or systems career</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Naturally curious and analytical mindset</li><li>Ability to explain technical ideas in plain English</li><li>Comfortable discussing technical concepts with delivery teams</li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps or ClickUp is beneficial</li><li>Basic awareness of SQL</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Awareness of Agile, Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies</li><li>Experience in a regulated or change-controlled environment is a plus</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the link between users, operations, and developers</li><li>Work with stakeholders and operational teams to gather and clarify requirements</li><li>Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications</li><li>Support workshops and requirement discussions</li><li>Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, technical design documents, project plans, and test scripts</li><li>Support testing activities including defining test scope, creating and executing test cases, and logging defects</li><li>Identify opportunities for process and service improvement</li><li>Provide occasional IT and systems support, including answering internal IT queries and basic system administration tasks</li><li>Conduct out-of-hours implementation testing approximately once per week</li></ul>
