Workforce Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Degree-level education or equivalent experience</li><li>Strong understanding of workforce management processes</li><li>Experience configuring WFS or similar workforce systems</li><li>Good understanding of payroll dependencies</li><li>High data literacy and confident decision-making</li><li>Effective stakeholder management</li><li>Awareness of system integration concepts</li><li>Hands-on configuration, testing, and maintenance experience</li><li>Knowledge of payroll cycles, labour compliance, ticketing tools, and testing</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Understanding of IT controls and security principles</li><li></li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the subject matter expert for Workforce Software (WFS)</li><li>Analyse business processes and translate requirements into system configuration</li><li>Maintain, update, and configure WFS rules and workflows</li><li>Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate time and payroll processes</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including integration incidents</li><li>Support upgrades, testing cycles, and change management</li><li>Identify and deliver opportunities for standardisation and automation</li><li>Ensure compliance with audit, governance, IT security, and SOx controls</li><li>Deliver training, guidance, and knowledge sharing to business users</li><li>Produce reporting and dashboards for labour analytics</li><li>Maintain documentation and support vendor interactions</li><li></li></ul>
