Fire and Security Technical Support Manager
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Previous experience in technical roles (senior engineer considered) within fire, security, or related industries</li><li>Knowledge of fire, EML, extinguishers, intruder, access control, and CCTV systems</li><li>Strong IT and networking skills</li><li>Self-motivated, organised, and performance-driven</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally and stay overnight if required</li><li>Desirable: Academy/trainer experience, technical certifications, and staff development experience</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Delivering Academy training sessions, both classroom-based and on-site</li><li>Supporting technicians to gain qualifications and improve performance</li><li>Monitoring progress, assessing skills, and providing feedback</li><li>Maintaining training records and content</li><li>Assisting field engineers when required and supporting site visits</li></ul>
