<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven leadership delivering Generative AI programmes at enterprise scale</li><li>Strong advisory background engaging senior business leaders</li><li>Deep technical expertise across modern AI/ML ecosystems</li><li>Track record of translating emerging technologies into measurable outcomes</li><li>Familiarity with Generative AI & large language models (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral or similar)</li><li>Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG)</li><li>Knowledge of multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video)</li><li>Expertise in AI/ML engineering with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX</li><li>Understanding of natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and model optimization</li><li>Proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus)</li><li>Experience in data engineering pipelines and MLOps</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD for ML, Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures</li><li>Proficient in using cloud platforms like Azure AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI</li><li>Knowledge of security, governance, and responsible AI frameworks</li><li>Experience in integration with enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP</li><li>Desirable knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and compliance</li></ul>

<ul><li>Define and execute the enterprise Generative AI strategy aligned to business objectives</li><li>Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on AI adoption, governance, risk, and value realisation</li><li>Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of GenAI solutions from concept to production</li><li>Establish AI operating models, best practices, and responsible AI frameworks</li><li>Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams (Data Science, ML Engineering, MLOps)</li><li>Identify use cases across functions such as customer experience, operations, knowledge management, and automation</li><li>Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI platforms</li></ul>
