<ul><li>Deliver departmental objectives and support the wider IT strategy</li><li>Provide comprehensive desktop support to users, including hardware troubleshooting and application patch management</li><li>Deliver end-to-end IT service management support across the organisation</li><li>Support advanced configuration, system setup, and IT asset management processes</li><li>Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and guidelines</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and actively introduce and encourage innovation</li></ul>
