MI & Data Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £28,000 - 45,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and Power BI skills</li><li>Knowledge of data modelling and reporting best practices</li><li>Clear communicator - able to present complex data in a business-friendly way</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities</li><li>Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and GDPR (desirable)</li><li>Knowledge of Jira (advantageous)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and continuously improve MI reports and dashboards for both internal stakeholders and our clients</li><li>Take ownership of internal and external dashboards, analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and commercial improvements</li><li>Prepare and deliver client MI packs in line with contractual requirements and service level agreements</li><li>Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc reporting for management, finance, operational teams, and clients as required</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across multiple systems</li><li>Support data governance and compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g., GDPR)</li><li>Collaborate with IT and system owners to optimise data flows and integrations</li><li>Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations</li><li>Support strategic projects with data-driven analysis</li><li>Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities</li><li>Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and other visualisation tools</li><li>Use Jira, Excel, and other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data</li><li>Support automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency</li></ul>
