BIM Designer
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proficiency in Civil 3D with competent-level modeling of surfaces, corridors, pipe networks, and grading</li><li>Established use and development of Sub-assembly Composer components</li><li>Hands-on experience with Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination</li><li>Knowledge of Autodesk Recap, Infraworks, Info drainage, and other related software is an advantage</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of ISO 19650 and local BIM mandates</li><li>Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE), primarily Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Bentley ProjectWise</li><li>Ability to perform model audits and verify data accuracy against the BIM Execution Plan</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Produce detailed civil engineering designs, including models, coordination, and drawings using the Autodesk suite of software</li><li>Support clash detection and model coordination activities across disciplines</li><li>Maintain accurate model data and attribute information while ensuring consistent application of BIM Execution Plan and ISO 19650 standards</li><li>Assist with the setup and maintenance of Common Data Environments (CDEs), project templates, workflows, and digital standards</li><li>Learn, embed, and distribute Arup digital workflows across design teams</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of BIM best practice within the business</li></ul>
