Test Analyst

<p><b>Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years experience in testing</li><li>Hold ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing</li><li>Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively, or on your own initiative, and deliver to tight deadlines</li><li>Experience with using Gherkin syntax for test case design</li><li>A genuine interest in technology and software testing</li><li>Experience in the Finance domain, particularly Life & Pensions, is an advantage (desirable)</li><li>Experience in test automation is an advantage (desirable)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Review & testing sign-off of requirements and design specifications</li><li>Creation of formal test documentation, including Test Plans and Completion Reports</li><li>Test design, execution, defect management & monitoring</li><li>Ensure full traceability of testing to requirements/specification</li><li>Progress reporting to Test Lead/Manager and project stakeholders</li><li>Creation of re-useable, automatable, test cases for regression</li></ul>
