Data Governance Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in a Data Governance role or as a Business Analyst focusing on Data & Governance</li><li>Previous ownership or part ownership of a Data Catalogue</li><li>Strong understanding of issues backlog and prioritization techniques</li><li>Exposure to working within a Data Governance function</li><li>Experience in the Professional Services sector preferred, but not essential</li><li>Familiarity with Data 360, Collibra, Informatica, or similar Enterprise Data Governance Platforms</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data analytics best practices</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to bridge the business services and technology divide</li><li>Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Business report writing skills, including drafting communications, user stories, use cases, and functional requirements</li><li>Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies</li><li>Knowledge of metadata management concepts, tools, and standards beneficial</li><li>Willingness to attend occasional calls outside of UK working hours for global coverage</li></ul>

<ul><li>Support the implementation, adoption, and use of the Firms Data Governance Framework</li><li>Maintain the firm data catalogue and reference list processes</li><li>Collaborate with the Firms Data Steward community</li><li>Assist in the ongoing maturity of the Data function</li><li>Chair meetings and own specific problems as needed</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to manage and resolve issues</li><li>Develop and manage documentation related to data governance processes</li><li>Participate in the design and shaping of the evolving capability for the Firm</li></ul>
