Desktop Support Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 10 operating systems</li><li>Experience in Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD) environments</li><li>Ability to install/configure Starlink satellite network devices (desirable)</li><li>Intune administration understanding and basic virtualisation awareness</li><li>Ability to configure iPhones/iPads and manage user lifecycle tasks via Azure Portal</li><li>Experience supporting Office Apps, SharePoint, Teams admin (L1 level)</li><li>Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently</li><li>ITIL knowledge or certification preferred</li><li>Must be SC Cleared</li><li>Flexibility to travel between local sites if/when required</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues across networks, applications, Windows 10, hardware, software, VPNs, printers, and mobile devices</li><li>Manage incident queues and ensure timely response to reactive and proactive incidents</li><li>Provide support to standard users and VIP stakeholders</li><li>Perform Active Directory tasks including group management, account unlocks, and password resets</li><li>Build and deploy laptops/desktops using approved images (MMD environment)</li><li>Manage antivirus tools (Defender / McAfee)</li><li>Support hardware logistics including device moves, unpacking/repacking, shipping, and device retirement</li><li>Maintain accurate asset and configuration data</li><li>Provide Tech-Bar support for end-user queries</li><li>Monitor phones, emails, and Teams channels for incoming incidents</li><li>Support training/meeting room equipment and loan device management</li><li>Assist with conference room device support and cloud printing services</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and user guides</li><li>Liaise with offshore teams, senior stakeholders, and business partners</li><li>Ensure excellent communication across all functional teams</li></ul>
