Lead Data Scientist
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>I have 6+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.</li><li>I possess deep experience in training and deploying computer vision models into production.</li><li>I have a proven track record in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and productionization.</li><li>I hold extensive experience in MLOps on Azure, covering CI/CD, monitoring, and scaling pipelines.</li><li>I am skilled in coding with Python and proficient in frameworks such as PyTorch, FastAPI, and Azure CLI.</li><li>I must be free to work in the UK.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>I develop, train, and deploy computer vision models, including object detection, image classification, segmentation, and multi-modal learning.</li><li>I fine-tune, evaluate, and productionize multi-modal LLMs for business applications.</li><li>I drive experimentation and prototyping of advanced machine learning and AI techniques.</li><li>I provide technical direction, mentoring, and hands-on guidance to the data science team.</li><li>I collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align machine learning strategies with business goals.</li><li>I architect and productionize end-to-end ML pipelines on Azure, ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and monitoring of deployed models.</li></ul>
