Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability roles. You should have strong expertise in Kubernetes, Karpenter, Prometheus, and Terraform. A solid academic background (such as a 2.1 or 1st class degree, AAB+ at A Level, etc.) is highly preferred. You must have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end infrastructure projects from design to implementation, along with excellent communication skills to present proposals and solutions to senior leadership. As a self-starter, you should thrive in an individual contributor position and be able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.</li><li>Experience with Cilium or similar service mesh, Flux (or Argo as an alternative), and Ansible would be considered desirable.</li></ul>

<ul><li>In this role, you will assess the current infrastructure setup, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements. You will work on large-scale, high-value infrastructure projects—designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions. Collaborating with senior management, you will ensure that the infrastructure aligns with business goals. Additionally, you will maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems, drive best practices across infrastructure and cloud operations, and provide technical expertise to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.</li></ul>
