We are dedicated to providing gold-standard imagery, content, and digital production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.</div><div><br/></div><div><b>THE ROLE</b></div><div>You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information collected through various processes. Your main responsibility will be to do online research, identify identical items across sources, and maintain/ add and/or create accurate product information in our systems. You'll be tasked with identifying inconsistencies and extracting critical product details.</div><div><br/></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>Analyse, create and/or edit information of the items that arrive production accordingly to our guidelines;</li><li>Identify similar products across multiple sources;</li><li>Verify and validate product information to ensure accuracy and completeness by cross-referencing across multiple sources;</li><li>Compare product information to determine if items are the same or different, identifying variations in attributes such as name, description, and other specifications;</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies found during the validation process, documenting issues and communicating findings effectively to relevant stakeholders;</li><li>Use the internal platform to register and monitor data quality;</li><li>Analyse product defects and identify actions required to resolve them.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>WHO YOU ARE</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>1+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales or related field a plus;</li><li>Intermediate Excel skills;</li><li>Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies;</li><li>Ability to prioritise and multi-task without compromising on quality standards;</li><li>Abstraction, ability to learn new things and work with new tools;</li><li>Advanced IT and English skills.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>Farfetch is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
