Using your product management expertise, combined with your drive and passion for making a difference, you’ll work with multiple talented teams across Qventus to discover, define, execute, and launch new products & features, as well as to improve and optimize our existing products.</p><br/><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Guide a team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to ship great products that solve meaningful customer problems</li><br/><li>Discover and validate new product opportunities through a deep understanding of our users, market, technology, strategy, and data</li><br/><li>Define the vision, strategy, problems to solve, and key requirements for the solutions that address the opportunities you identify</li><br/><li>Get involved with the design and software development process, and manage the product backlog</li><br/><li>Follow through to launch and iterate on products, ensuring that they make the desired impact on our users and our business</li><br/><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with users, buyers, and external thought leaders to inform your work</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>What We’re Looking For: </strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Mastery of navigating enterprise products/solutions through the full product lifecycle, with </li><br/><li>a track record of rapidly shipping impactful products</li><br/><li>Comfort developing products that heavily leverage data, analytics, and AI / machine learning</li><br/><li>Proven track record of collaboration across all functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business (engineering, professional services, clinical operations, etc.)</li><br/><li>Ability to span altitudes from vision / evangelism to “getting into the weeds” with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><br/><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong, professional presence in working with customers / partners (including C-Suite executives)</li><br/><li>Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and pitch in / fill in gaps when a team needs help</li><br/><li>Deep understanding of healthcare operations.</li><br/><li>At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.</li><br/></ul><br/><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one part of the total rewards package at Qventus.
